Dr. Thomas is a registered psychologist in Clinical, Counselling, and Rehabilitation Psychology with the College of Psychologists of Ontario since 2006.

Dr. Thomas completed his post-doctoral fellowship in the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Unit and Forensic Assessment Consultation and Treatment Program at Whitby Mental Health Centre (now Ontario Shores).

Dr. Thomas’ primary client group includes adolescents, adults, couples, and families with a wide range of presenting problems such as anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, pain management, coping with chronic illness and injuries, and family relationship conflicts, domestic violence, and child abuse.

Dr. Thomas has been offering psychological and disability assessments, consultations, counselling, and psychotherapy for more than 12 years at Oshawa Psychological & Counselling Services.   He has 10 years of Clinical counselling experience with Family Services, York Region, and 15 years of job placement and support services experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
