Ms. Caird obtained her Masters degree in Brain, Behaviour, and Cognitive Science (BBCS) through the Psychology program at York University, focusing on research in memory, metacognition, and learning.
She is also a certified teacher as a member of the Ontario College of Teachers. Passionate about working with children and adolescents with special educational needs, she recognizes the unique characteristics of each child using her skills and expertise in developmental and behavioural fields to tailor effective remediation plans to the needs and abilities of each individual.
At Oshawa Psychological & Counselling Services, Ms Caird provides supervision for the Program Using Psychoeducational Intervention for Learning (PUPIL).
