Jillian is a practicum student and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She is currently completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University.
Jillian has a background working with vulnerable populations and youth in educational settings over the last seven years. This experience has allowed Jillian to engage with a wide variety of physical and mental health concerns and equipped her in the use of a trauma-informed lens. Jillian approaches her clients with compassion and unconditional acceptance. She takes a strengths-based, solution-oriented, eclectic approach in working with clients using evidence-based methods. Jillian believes that therapy is meant to be integrative and holistic, as no one client is the same. She believes that all people can benefit from therapy to feel more grounded and to live as authentically as possible.
