What are your service fees?
Our fees vary depending on the nature of the service and the qualifications of the clinician:
- Psychologist fees range from 190 – 250 for 60 min session*
- Psychotherapist fees start at 150 for a 60 min session*
*A counselling/therapy session in general is 50 minutes in length with 10 minutes for therapist preparation and documentation.

Are your services covered by insurance?
Psychological and counselling services are not covered by OHIP however, they are covered by most extended insurance plans and some Employee Assistance Plans (EAP). Please note that it is always best to check with your provider and plan for exact coverage details.
Do you do direct billing to health insurance providers?
In general, we do not do direct billing to insurance providers for our services. Insurance providers do not accept submission of unpaid invoices from our office as their agreement is with the member holder, not with our agency. There are some exceptions, for example we direct bill for MVA and WISB.
Please check with your health insurance provider to determine if our services our covered.
How can I pay for therapy?
Psychological service rates are set and communicated with you in advance of treatment.
Clients generally make payments via e-transfer, credit card or debit before or immediately following their session. If payments falls behind by 2 sessions, therapy may be placed on hold until payment is made.
What is your cancellation policy?
As long as you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, there is no penalty. Missed or cancelled sessions without 48 hours’ notice will be charged.
